The track is on VPAL music and is distributed by <strong>VP Records<\/strong>. Murphy wrote and co-produced the record with Ralph Hawkins and Trenten Gumbs.<br \/>\n<strong>Mystic Revealers<\/strong> are back together after Fifteen year to release their new album titled \u201cCrucial Cuts\u201d. The album is available on VP Records new Dub Rockers label. The album reunites the quartet of Billy \u201cMystic\u201d Wilmot (vocal, guitar), Leroy \u201cLion\u201d Edwards (bass), Nicholas \u201cDrummie\u201d Henry (drums) and Steve Davis (guitar and vocalist). Popular artists Sizzla, Anthony B and Chronixx contributed to the album.<br \/>\n<strong>Gone Too Soon<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>T Boots Harris<\/strong>, a friend, journalist and entertainment consultant, music industry insider and radio host died of a heart attack in August 2014 at the young age of 69. Harris was a big part of the Jamaican entertainment industry and \u201cadvisor\u201d to many young reggae artists for more that forty years.<br \/>\n<strong>Hopeton Lewis<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Montego Bay<\/em> born reggae star turned Gospel singer left us in September 2014. Lewis became a household name in Jamaican music in 1966 when he joined Trinidadian &#8211; Lyn Tait\u2019s band to recorded one of the country\u2019s first reggae hits title \u201cTake It Easy\u201d. He followed up with several huge hits \u2013 the biggest \u2013 his 1970 festival song titled \u201cBoom Shaka Lacka\u201d. He released his first Gospel album in 2000.<br \/>\n<strong>Uziah Thompson<\/strong> \u2013 known to most reggae musicians, promoters and media as \u201cSticky\u201d, one of reggae industry\u2019s most accomplished percussionists died in August 2014. Sticky gave more that 50 of his 78 years to the reggae music industry. The long list of artists, whose music he \u201cdecorated\u201d included The Wailers, The Mighty Diamonds, Alton Ellis, Dennis Brown, Jimmy Cliff, Ken Boothe and Gregory Isaacs.<br \/>\n<strong>John Holt<\/strong> &#8211; a true legend in Jamaican culture died at the age of 67 in October 2014. The former lead singer of the Paragons and later an extended solo career was a key building block of both the Studio One and Trojan labels. <a href=\"https:\/\/kingston12.net\/2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/John-Holt-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-113550 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/kingston12.net\/2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/John-Holt-1.jpg\" alt=\"John Holt\" width=\"139\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe singer\/song writer was responsible for one of Jamaica\u2019s earliest international hits \u2013 The Tide is High \u2013 covered by international star Blondie. Throughout his career Holt released 54 albums, including the classic collaboration with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra in 2001.
